Users, roles and approvals
Invite people to your organisation, give each the right role, and decide who approves postings.
Inviting someone
Owners and admins invite people from the users page in settings. The person receives an invitation link by email and joins once they accept it.
Every person with access, and every invitation that has not been accepted yet, uses a seat on your plan.
Roles
Owners, admins, editors and viewers see and do different things. Give each person the least access they need: a viewer can read the books, an editor can enter transactions, and admins and owners manage settings and people.
Approvals
Postings go through an approval trail that records who approved what and when. If you run the business on your own, you can approve your own work and Kumry records that you did.
Two-factor
Each person can turn on two-factor for their sign-in, and an owner can require it for everyone in the organisation. Remove access promptly when someone leaves.
