Xero and QuickBooks Online import
Bring your chart of accounts, contacts and history across. A Xero import is reconciled to the cent against the source trial balance.
Integrations
Selling online? Get your store’s sales, refunds, fees and payouts into your books using bank statement import, the Kumry API and webhooks — and talk to us if you would like a direct integration with your platform.
Kumry does not have a ready-made connector for online stores today. Here is how businesses get that data into their books with what Kumry already provides.
Payouts land in your bank account. Import the bank statement and each payout arrives in Kumry ready to match against the sales, fees and refunds behind it.
A read-and-write API key lets your online store, or a small service you run, create the records an editor can create in Kumry, such as contacts and invoices.
Subscribe to events such as invoicing.invoice.paid so your other systems hear about it when something changes in Kumry.
Whichever route you choose, these are the parts of online store data that need a home in the books.
Orders and payments
Each sale, with its GST, discounts and shipping, against the right income accounts.
Refunds and returns
Linked back to the original sale so income and GST are reversed correctly.
Platform and payment fees
Recorded as expenses, with GST where the provider charges it.
Payouts
The net amount that reaches your bank, matched to the sales, refunds and fees it settles.

Upload CSV, OFX or QIF statements for any bank account, including payout and settlement reports you export as CSV.
Organisation API keys with read or read-and-write access, for your own systems to read and create records.
Kumry tells your systems when invoices are paid, bills are approved, periods close and more.
Tell us which platform you use and how you sell. It helps us decide which direct integrations to build, and we can help you set up the API route in the meantime.
