Kumry is built on a double-entry ledger. Amounts, dates, tax codes and the link back to the source document stay intact from the moment a transaction is recorded.
About Kumry
PMOAid Pty Ltd builds Kumry to take the effort out of keeping the books without taking away control.
Our story
Small businesses keep their books so they can get paid, pay what they owe and get their BAS right — and so their accountant can check the work. Too often that means spreadsheets on the side, figures nobody can explain, and a scramble at quarter end.
Kumry puts invoices, bills, bank reconciliation, reports and GST/BAS preparation in one place, and your accountant can work in it alongside you. When you open a figure, you should be able to see where it came from.
We build for Australian businesses first: GST and BAS preparation, foreign-currency work at Reserve Bank of Australia rates, and bank reconciliation from imported bank statements.
Principles
Kumry is built on a double-entry ledger. Amounts, dates, tax codes and the link back to the source document stay intact from the moment a transaction is recorded.
Reports and BAS figures open up to the transactions behind them, and a migration certificate records what moved across and what was flagged.
Kumry's AI assistance suggests and explains. Decisions that change your books are made by the people who are responsible for them, through an approval trail.
We say what Kumry does not do: it prepares GST and BAS figures for you or your agent to lodge, and our checks state what they do not confirm.
What we are building
