Sub-processors

This page lists the providers that PMOAid Pty Ltd (ABN 88 654 942 757) trading as Kumry ("Kumry") uses to handle personal information, what each one receives, and where. It forms part of our data processing agreement and should be read with our privacy policy.
In short
- Your data is stored on infrastructure we operate in Australia.
- Suggested categories and the in-app assistant run on that infrastructure, not with an outside AI provider.
- A few providers receive limited information, and some are outside Australia. Each is listed below.
- We give customers at least 30 days' notice by email before adding or replacing a sub-processor.
Sub-processors
These providers handle personal information for us, only on our instructions. When one is outside Australia, we take the steps required by Australian Privacy Principle 8.

Services you choose to connect
These services are used only when you connect them. They are not sub-processors: you have your own account with them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do.

Changes to this list
Before we add or replace a sub-processor, we update this page and email the owners of each organisation at least 30 days in advance. You can object under section 4 of the data processing agreement.
