About Kumry

Kumry is Australian accounting software for small businesses and the accountants who work with them. It brings bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, approvals, reporting and GST/BAS preparation into one place, and it is built so that a figure can be traced back to where it came from.

What the product does

• Imports a business’s books from Xero, including the chart of accounts, contacts and full history, and reconciles the import to the cent against the source trial balance.
• Issues a signed migration certificate for a Xero import, recording what moved and what was flagged for review.
• Imports the chart of accounts, contacts and transaction history from QuickBooks Online.
• Runs on a double-entry ledger with an approval trail on each posting; each posted entry is linked to the one before it, so later changes show up.
• Covers invoices, bills, payments, bank reconciliation, recurring transactions, budgets, projects, documents and multi-currency work at Reserve Bank of Australia rates.
• Prepares GST and BAS figures that can be traced back to the transactions behind them. The business or its registered agent lodges with the ATO.
• Reconciles bank transactions from statement imports, and gives accounting practices a console, delegated access and advisor codes.
